The Montepulciano Winery says no to waste!

Our cuisine is based on sustainable theories, which imply the least possible food waste: from raw materials at zero km, many recipes are born such as ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, panzanella and salami salad which are typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, where exceptional and delicious dishes are created from “poor” and recycled ingredients.

We will be at your disposal from brunch time until late at night; with lunches, snacks, Tuscan snacks, aperitifs, cocktails, wine tastings, dinner and after dinner to relax and have an evening as a couple or with friends.
